First pictures of the tortured Ethiopian Human Rights Commission Somali Region Branch Commissioner, and deputy commissioner of the National Election Board of Ethiopia,  Mr Jamal Mohamed Warfa, emerge. He was beaten by Abdi Iley’s Liyu Police in Jigjiga today.

It should noted that it was three weeks ago Abdi Iley kidnapped Mr Jamal Warfa's family including his infant children and grandmother.
